We seek to follow the example of Jesus who taught, "to serve rather than be served." The Ladies of Charity Ministry is affiliated with the Ladies of Charity of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. According to the founder, St. Vincent de Paul, "The purpose of the Association is to imitate the Divine Savior in serving the needy, sick, the elderly, youth and children and in bringing them corporal and spiritual nourishment." Our ministries include prayer for each other and others, food and clothing collections, service to the homebound and less fortunate.
“The harvest is great but the laborers few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” –Matthew 9:-37-38
